BE HEALTHY.
If you want to be healthy
you have to eat correctly.
A lot of fruit and vegetables you have to eat
to grew up since head to feet.
Oranges and pears will give you a lot of energy,
but hamburgers and cakes will be your enemy.
Onions and peppers will make you smile and also,
tomatoes and lettuce will make you feel better.
Some lentils and fish will be your friend in a very good dish.
Don’t forget to drink a lot of water and do sport
It always will be a good support.
